1.Who We Are

OmniScrape is operated by Data Digital Group (Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia).

2.Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout, tax calculation, invoicing, and payment processing for purchases on our website are handled by Paddle.com. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms where applicable. For transaction support or refund requests related to checkout, you may contact us at support@omniscrape.io or Paddle at https://paddle.net.

Our Refund Policy is available at /refund and forms part of these Terms.

3.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmniScrape, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

4.Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the targets you scrape and for ensuring you have the legal right to access and process that data.

6.Billing, Pricing & Taxes

• Pay-as-you-go usage is billed at $3.50 per 1,000 successful requests; you are not charged for failed requests caused by normal API error responses.
• Monthly subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled from Dashboard → Billing.
• Browser-as-a-Service is billed per minute; residential proxies are billed per GB of bandwidth.
• Prices are shown exclusive of applicable sales tax or VAT unless stated otherwise. Paddle calculates and collects tax where required as Merchant of Record.
• Prepaid balance and subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately upon successful payment.
• Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Except where required by law or stated in that policy, consumed usage is non-refundable.

7.Service Levels & Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services are provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis. Scheduled maintenance and incidents are communicated on our status page.

8.Rate Limits & Fair Use

Concurrency and rate limits depend on your plan. We may throttle, suspend, or limit requests that threaten the stability, security, or integrity of the Services, or that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

9.Intellectual Property

OmniScrape and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. You retain all rights to data you lawfully obtain through the Services.

10.Suspension & Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that harms us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Refunds after termination for cause are governed by our Refund Policy.

11.Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that any specific target will be accessible.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Digital Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Data Digital Group harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

We encourage you to contact us first at legal@omniscrape.io to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
