Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your information when you use OmniScrape.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1.Data Controller

Data Digital Group ("OmniScrape", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data described in this policy.

Registered address: Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. Privacy contact: privacy@omniscrape.io.

2.Overview

OmniScrape provides web scraping infrastructure, including the Web Unlocker API, Browser-as-a-Service, and residential proxies. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, dashboard, and APIs (collectively, the "Services").

We designed our platform to collect the minimum data needed to operate reliably, bill accurately, and keep the Services secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3.Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data: your name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided via Google Sign-In.
  • Billing data: plan, balance, transaction history, and usage metrics. Payment card and billing address details are collected and processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: API request metadata such as timestamps, target domains, response status, mode used, and bytes transferred — used for billing, analytics, and abuse prevention.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
  • Support communications: messages you send to our support, sales, or abuse email addresses.

4.Request Content & Scraped Data

When you send a scraping request, the target URL and response pass through our infrastructure to deliver your result. We do not retain the body of scraped pages after a request completes, except transiently in memory and short-lived caches required to return your response.

You are responsible for the content you choose to scrape and for ensuring you have the right to access it. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5.How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Calculate usage and process billing.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
  • Communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

7.California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate data, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email privacy@omniscrape.io. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8.How We Share Data

We share data only with trusted sub-processors who help us run the Services, including:

  • Paddle.com — payment processing, tax, invoicing, and checkout (Merchant of Record). See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
  • Google — authentication (Google Sign-In).
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — to run our APIs and dashboard.
  • Analytics providers — privacy-respecting usage analytics on our marketing site where enabled.

9.Other Disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of OmniScrape and its users.

For payment-related privacy questions on checkout orders, you may also contact Paddle buyer support at https://paddle.net.

10.Data Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for the period required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Usage logs are retained for a limited rolling window for billing and abuse prevention, after which they are aggregated or deleted.

11.Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, network isolation, and routine security reviews. API keys are hashed at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

12.Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at privacy@omniscrape.io and we will delete it.

13.Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

14.International Transfers

We operate globally and may transfer and process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data during these transfers.

15.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.

16.Contact Us
