What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH, 50+ coins) for top-ups and subscriptions.
When am I charged?
Web Unlocker bills per successful request only. Failed attempts are free. BaaS bills per started minute (minimum 1 min). Proxy bills per GB transferred.
Do plans change the price per unit?
No. Pay-As-You-Go, Startup, and Growth use the same rates. Subscription plans add included monthly requests and higher concurrency.
What happens when my trial credit runs out?
Top up at least $5 by card or crypto to move to Pay-As-You-Go, unlock 5 concurrent requests, and standalone proxy credentials (username/password).
What counts as a successful request?
Any request where we return page content with a 200 status. If the target site blocks us and we can't deliver data, you're not charged.
Can I top up my balance at any time?
Yes. Add credit whenever you need from Billing in your dashboard. There's no expiry on your balance.
What happens when I exceed my plan quota?
On monthly plans, requests over the included quota are billed at pay-as-you-go rates. You won't get cut off mid-workflow.
Can I use direct proxy URLs on the free trial?
The free trial covers Web Unlocker and BaaS (proxy routing included on those products). Direct proxy credentials unlock when you activate PAYG or subscribe to a plan.
