Billing Questions
What counts as a successful request?
Any request where we return page content with a 200 status. If the target site blocks us and we can't deliver data, you're not charged.
Can I top up my balance at any time?
Yes. Add credit whenever you need from Billing in your dashboard. There's no expiry on your balance.
What happens when I exceed my plan quota?
On monthly plans, requests over the included quota are billed at pay-as-you-go rates. You won't get cut off mid-workflow.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. See our Refund Policy for the 14-day window on eligible purchases. Failed requests due to issues on our side are not billed — you are only charged for successful usage.
Can I use direct proxy URLs on the free trial?
The free trial covers Web Unlocker and BaaS (proxy is included on those products). Direct proxy URLs and dashboard credentials unlock when you activate PAYG or subscribe to a plan.
